As one of the few Real Estate Attorneys who is also a Broker, I am able to leverage my unique skill set to achieve your goals, while saving you time and maximizing the value you can extract from any given transaction. In my brokerage work, my legal expertise helps me foresee potential obstacles that many brokers may not anticipate. As an attorney, I use my brokerage skills to keep the deal moving, while at the same time protecting my clients' interests. I'm one of the few real estate professionals who can get the deal to the closing table AND get it closed as well. Regardless of the “hat” I’m wearing, I’m always focused on my top priority: achieving my clients’ goals.
I grew up rural Wisconsin, before moving to Milwaukee, Chicago, Manhattan and then settling back in Chicago long term. These experiences have given me a thorough understanding all walks of life and styles of living and they have instilled in me a deep seated intuition and solid knowledge base on a wide variety of real estate markets. In 2014 I began to focus my career entirely on real estate, where I found the unique opportunity of putting my legal training and business mind to the best use. While I am expert in the local Chicago market, my knowledge base extends as far as Southern Wisconsin, where I also hold a real estate license. Homeowners appreciate my thorough explanations and education about the process of buying and selling homes, and investors come to me because of my market knowledge and ability to help with multiple aspects of transacting in real estate.
